About

New Era Staffing and HR Solutions was formed July 2007 by combining a small, specialty staffing company (that had over 10 years of successful service) with an HR consulting practice (over 5 years proven track record) to offer “sustainable employment opportunities for our employees by improving the business performance of our clients.” This mission is the driving force behind our philosophy and our values.

We are not just another “temp agency,” although the backbone of the business is to provide our clients with on-demand labor help. New Era is different because of our unique capability to be your HR partner in helping you solve “people issues.” Think of us as an extension of your Human Resources Department (only better):

We handle the staffing.
We handle payroll.
We do leadership and management training.
We do team building.
We design and monitor the compensation programs.
We design and monitor the performance management systems.
We design and monitor technical training programs.
We assist in culture change and change management.
We develop policies and practices for compliance and to support your aims.
We do human capital planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
We teach “Leading Lean” and other quality improvement programs.
