New Era HR Solutions recently received a call from the Production Supervisor at one of our clients stating that they would be starting the hiring process for one of our employees. This employee was originally sent to New Era HR Solutions as a referral from another one of our clients. Due to her background in production and warehousing the employee was placed on assignment as an Assistant Machine Operator at a local corrugated box manufacturing company.
She started this assignment in August of 2014, working any and every shift that was offered her. She would even work additional shifts on the weekends and sometimes worked 7 days a week for 10 – 12 hours per shift. She never tuned down the opportunity to work. This same “CAN DO” attitude is how she handled herself on the job day in and day out. The client would regularly comment on how good of a worker she was.
Well, her dedication and hard work has paid off. She will be hired on as a full time employee within a week or so with our client. We are proud and honored to have helped this employee by giving her the chance to succeed and to prove herself.
