SHRM is collaborating with Dave’s Killer Bread Foundation on some of their Second Chance Hiring initiatives to help educate and encourage employers to hire individuals who have a criminal record.
On Wednesday, June 8th the Foundation is hosting a Second Chance Summit from 9am-3:30pm with educational sessions focused on overcoming issues HR professionals face when hiring from this population but with information on why it may be the right approach to your skill and talent needs.
