Managing Within the Law Workshop
Today’s manager is responsible for recognizing and helping to minimize legal issues as they arise in the daily work environment. This workshop provides a review of employment fundamentals, both the laws that apply and the distinct skills needed to address and resolve employee relations issues quickly. This highly interactive workshop helps managers with the challenges they face throughout the employee life cycle, from recruitment and interviewing to hiring and termination, as well as the wage/hour decisions, performance management, and medical leave/accommodations issues that often arise.
