Harry C. Franzheim President

Harry has decades of experience in human resource management, organizational development, and training.

He holds a graduate degree in whole systems design from Antioch University and an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College’s School of Health and Human Performance. Harry is certified in organizational systems renewal, advanced employment law, Kaizen breakthrough methodology, demand-based manufacturing, and the Myers Briggs type indicator.

Harry frequently speaks at seminars throughout the Northwest. His achievements include organizational design and development with Continental Mills, Inc. (Krusteaz) and Mikron Industries, where he helped create and lead cutting-edge work systems that increased the bottom line.

Margie J. Franzheim Vice President

Margie has over 19 years of strategic management experience, having worked with Northwest retail powerhouses such as Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, and Frederick & Nelson. Margie holds a BS degree in Management and Marketing from Ithaca College.

As the Vice President of New Era HR Solutions, Margie is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of the organization as it relates to client service, staffing, training, organizational development, and quality control.  She is a business leader focused on driving innovation and business results through integrated talent management and supply chain strategies.

Chance Brimhall, SHRM-CP General Manager

Chance has held various leadership positions in his more than eighteen years of HR consulting and workforce solutions experience, supporting clients of all sizes and virtually all industry verticals. He is a certified HR professional through SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and has been serving on the NHRMA (Northwest Human Resource Management) board of directors for the past five years. Chance specializes in evaluating business needs, as well as designing and implementing solutions. As New Era HR Solutions’ General Manager, his role is to understand clients’ workforce objectives and align industry resources, technologies, and programs to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Leslie Allen Recruiter

Leslie is an experienced, full-cycle recruiter with expertise in filling hospitality, light industrial, and customer service roles. She is passionate about discovering the perfect job match for our candidates through honest communication and active listening. Leslie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Tourism and Event Management from Central Washington University. Her experience in the hospitality industry enables her to easily connect with candidates and provide excellent customer care. She is very determined and is constantly growing her knowledge as a Staffing Professional. Leslie is currently pursuing her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification through the American Staffing Association. Other than recruiting, she loves to have fun! If she’s not recruiting, she’s kickboxing, playing ping pong, or binge-watching Tik-Tok.

Shellie Brighton HR Business Partner & Benefits Analyst

Shellie has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, hospitals, manufacturing, child-care, and distribution.

Shellie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources from Chapman University. She holds certifications both as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She taught Master level HR classes at Keller Graduate School, was a board member of the South King County Chapter of SHRM in Kent, WA for the years 2013-2018, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest International Society for Certified Employment Benefits Specialists.

Shellie specializes in benefits management/administration, worker’s comp, leave administration, and employee relations.

Susan Morgan Senior HR Business Partner

Susan has 20+ years of experience working in human resources in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, and non-profits. She has worked in both union and non-union organizations ranging in size from 20 to 2000+ staff members.

She is actively engaged with all aspects of human resources to assist clients in achieving their mission and goals. Some areas of specialization include safety, labor & industries, full-cycle recruitment and selection, employee relations, and career development.

Susan has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University. She also holds certifications as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Nina Belay Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner

Nina is an experienced recruiter with expertise in sourcing and nurturing talent for various industries and skill sets, including skilled trades, light industrial, customer service, sales, and finance & accounting. As an RPO Specialist at New Era HR Solutions, Nina works with our clients daily to build a pipeline of highly qualified talent to build their workforce in a way that supports their company culture and goals. She enjoys collaborating with hiring managers to develop and implement strategies to attract top talent. “There’s nothing like the thrill of a candidate’s enthusiastic “Yes!” to an offer and an equally pleased hiring manager who just landed a top performer.” If Nina is not busy recruiting, she is probably enjoying the outdoors with her kids, watching a documentary, or playing with her dogs.

Sam Pokorny Recruiting Coordinator

As the Receptionist/Office Admin, Sam adds color to New Era Staffing & HR Solutions’ office. She is most likely the friendly voice that will greet you when you call! She also brings her pleasant demeanor to assist in all aspects of the business. Before joining the team, Sam worked in marketing, medical aesthetics, and retail. This combined experience has given her top-notch customer service skills, a sense of urgency and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters, and creative problem-solving for complex issues. Her efforts in the workplace embrace compassion, a sense of humor, and a customer-forward approach. She delights in relieving her coworkers of administrative tasks and providing sunshine on a rainy day. In her spare time, she loves her two cats: Turkey and Gravy (and will show you pictures given the opportunity.) She also enjoys creating art in all mediums for her Etsy shop – you may even see her working on a new creation during her lunch break!

Anabel Perez Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner

Anabel has years of experience as a high-volume recruiter with expertise in sourcing and attracting talent in customer service, the airlines, and the supply chain industries, working with powerhouse companies such as American Airlines and Nordstrom. She holds a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University of Long Beach.

Anabel is able to connect with candidates easily and strives to provide excellent customer service and care. She is passionate about the ideal candidate experience and treats everyone with the fairness, dignity, and respect they deserve.

Kristie Duggan, SHRM-CP HR Business Partner

Kristie has been in the Human Resources profession for over 20 years, with expertise in logistics & distribution, and manufacturing industries. Kristie has a bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR and completed the training certification program from the University of Washington. She is a certified HR professional through SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management). She is the Membership Co-Chair on the Board of Directors for the South King County SHRM chapter.

Haley Bammel HR & Recruiting Coordinator

Haley has been working in Human Resources for two years. She has done full-cycle recruiting for various industries, ranging from facility maintenance to corporate roles, union, and non-union. She is very familiar with leave administration, including FMLA and WPFML.

Her experience with companies that rely on customer satisfaction, such as Nordstrom, State Farm, and Microsoft has given her a high customer care level. She is very curious and is continuously developing new skills to grow as a Human Resources professional.
