Harry C. Franzheim President

Harry has decades of experience in human resource management, organizational development, and training.

He holds a graduate degree in whole systems design from Antioch University and an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College’s School of Health and Human Performance. Harry is certified in organizational systems renewal, advanced employment law, Kaizen breakthrough methodology, demand-based manufacturing, and the Myers Briggs type indicator.

Harry frequently speaks at seminars throughout the Northwest. His achievements include organizational design and development with Continental Mills, Inc. (Krusteaz) and Mikron Industries, where he helped create and lead cutting-edge work systems that increased the bottom line.

Margie J. Franzheim Vice President

Margie has over 19 years of strategic management experience, having worked with Northwest retail powerhouses such as Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, and Frederick & Nelson. Margie holds a BS degree in Management and Marketing from Ithaca College.

As the Vice President of New Era HR Solutions, Margie is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of the organization as it relates to client service, staffing, training, organizational development, and quality control.  She is a business leader focused on driving innovation and business results through integrated talent management and supply chain strategies.

Kari Glasoe, CSP Lead Recruiter & Service Manager

Kari joined New Era HR Solutions in 2008 to run and manage the front office, and to help with client development and employee recruiting. Kari is a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association with expertise in payroll, compliance, and employment law practices. With several years of successful experience in full life cycle recruiting, Kari understands the importance of carefully matching the skills & experience of our employees with the needs of our clients. Since joining New Era HR Solutions, Kari has received her OSHA 10 certification and plays a key role in managing our internal safety & risk management programs. As the Lead Recruiter & Service Manager for New Era HR Solutions, Kari works to ensure our clients receive the highest quality service possible.

Maisha Houston, CSP SR. Recruiter & Compliance Specialist

Maisha joined New Era HR Solutions in the spring of 2013. She offers over seven years of full cycle recruiting experience in the flexible staffing industry. Maisha has been certified as a staffing professional through the American Staffing Association since 2011. Since joining New Era HR Solutions, Maisha has received her OSHA 10 certification and oversees our internal safety & risk management programs.

Chance Brimhall

Chance Brimhall, PHR General Manager

Chance has held various leadership positions in his more than seventeen years of HR consulting and workforce solutions experience, supporting clients of all sizes and virtually all industry verticals. He is a certified HR professional through SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and has been serving on the NHRMA (Northwest Human Resouce Management) board of directors for the past four years. Since joining New Era HR Solutions, Chance has received his OSHA 10 certification and plays a crucial role in managing our internal safety & risk management programs. Chance specializes in evaluating business needs, as well as designing and implementing solutions. His role as New Era HR Solutions’ General Manager is to understand clients’ workforce objectives and align industry resources, technologies, and programs to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Mary Farag, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Strategic HR Business Partner

Mary has over 18 years of Management and Human Resources experience and specializes in helping organizations meet their Human Resources and Business goals.   She has experience in a variety of industries, and has worked with organizations that range in size from 20 employees to 43,000 employees.   Mary received her Bachelors’ of Science Degrees from the University of Washington in Microbiology and Medical Technology.  In addition, she earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Seattle University.  Mary is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.   She is an active member of her local SHRM chapter and serves as a mentor to other HR professionals as they progress in their careers.

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, Mary is actively engaged in all aspects of Human Resources while directly partnering with our clients regarding the planning and execution of HR programs such as on-boarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, and tying them back to the overall business strategy.

Shellie Brighton HR Business Partner & Benefits Analyst

Shellie has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, hospitals, manufacturing, child-care, and distribution.

Shellie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources from Chapman University. She holds certifications both as a Professional Human Resources (PHR) and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She taught Master level HR classes at Keller Graduate School, was a board member of the South King County Chapter of SHRM in Kent, WA for the years 2013-2018, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest International Society for Certified Employment Benefits Specialists.

Shellie specializes in benefits management/administration, worker’s comp, leave administration, and employee relations.

Haley Bammel HR & Recruiting Coordinator

Haley has been working in Human Resources for two years. She has done full-cycle recruiting for various industries, ranging from facility maintenance to corporate roles, union, and non-union. She is very familiar with leave administration, including FMLA and WPFML.

Her experience with companies that rely on customer satisfaction, such as Nordstrom, State Farm, and Microsoft has given her a high customer care level. She is very curious and is continuously developing new skills to grow as a Human Resources professional.
