* Referral Eligibility Requirements:

1. Referral must be made prior to the date of scheduled interview and hire.
2. Referrals must be submitted via the New Era – Refer A Friend link on the New Era HR Solutions Website
3. Referral must be hired within 90 days from the date of the referral
4. The person being referred must work 80 hours before the referral bonus is paid. If the referral is terminated or ends employment with New Era HR Solutions prior to working 80 hours, they are no longer eligible for the referral bonus.
5. If multiple referrals are received from the same individual, the bonus will be paid out to the first qualified submittal received.
